  • Permanent Jewelry

    Our permanent jewelry experience includes a one-hour appointment where you can browse and try on our collection, choose your chain and charms, and have your jewelry custom-fitted and welded.

    Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn without a traditional clasp. If your lifestyle changes or permanent jewelry is no longer suitable for you, a complimentary clasp can be added to your piece.

    Your purchase also includes our limited warranty outlined below.

    • A $30 deposit is required to book and is applied toward your purchase.
    • We offer complimentary rewelding, clasps and size adjustments for all our chains.
    • Lost jewelry is only eligible for replacement within 30 days. After 30 days, lost chains cannot be replaced due to lifestyle and external factors outside our control.
    • Permanent jewelry is not indestructible and may stretch or break if pulled, snagged or caught.
    • You know your lifestyle best. We don't. Choose a chain thickness that suits your lifestyle. Thicker, sturdier chains are recommended if your jewelry will be frequently exposed to chlorine, high heat, or hot tubs.
    • Anklets and dainty chains are naturally more prone to wear and breakage.
    • Proper fit is recommended to reduce unnecessary movement, snagging and stretching.
    • Please notify us of any known metal allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. We cannot guarantee how your skin will react to any metal.
    • Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian consent.
    • At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of deposit.
    • Jewelry damaged through normal wear, lifestyle, occupation, accidental pulling or external factors is not covered as a workmanship defect.

    PERSONALIZED PIECES

    All made-to-order, custom-fitted, personalized, engraved, and charm-selected jewelry is final sale. These pieces are created specifically for you based on the options and measurements you provide.

    Please measure carefully before placing your order. The size you select is the size we will make. We strongly recommend measuring carefully before submitting your order.

    We are not responsible for sizing discrepancies caused by incorrect measurements provided at checkout.

    Because your piece is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

    • Signature is required for orders over $150. 
    • Rural and express shipping is a charge of $25
    • We do not deliver to PO Box.

    DesignMe Live Preview & Design Instructions

    The DesignMe live-view builder provides a visual guide for creating your jewelry. Please include any specific placement or spacing instructions in your order notes at checkout, such as “no spaces between charms” or “space charms evenly.” If there is a design detail you want to ensure we do not overlook, please send us a message.

    If no instructions are provided, we will create your piece as closely as possible to your live-view design while maintaining a balanced look.

    Because your piece is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

    • Signature is required for orders over $150. 
    • Orders over $200 will receive a complimentary package insurance.
    • Rural and express shipping is a charge of $25
    • We do not deliver to PO Box.

    EngraveMe Terms & Guidelines

    Every engraved piece is made just for you. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order to ensure your personalized jewelry is everything you envisioned.

    1. Pendant Sizes & Measurements

    Our engraving blanks come in different shapes and sizes. We strongly recommend reviewing the dimensions listed on each product page and measuring them before ordering.

    Product photos may appear larger than the actual jewelry to showcase the details.

    2. Our Engraving Method

    At Ellara, we use precision rotary engraving, which physically cuts into the metal to create a delicate, lasting impression.

    Unlike laser engraving, which can produce dark or black surface markings, rotary engraving creates a subtle, metal-toned finish.

    Your engraving is designed to be personal and understated, a meaningful detail for you to cherish.

    The visibility of your engraving may vary depending on lighting, metal finish, design complexity, and viewing angle.

    3. Live Preview & Design Placement

    Our live preview is provided as a visual guide only and may not accurately reflect the final engraving's size, depth, positioning, or appearance.

    We make every effort to follow your submitted design. Minor adjustments may be necessary to ensure the engraving fits the selected piece and achieves the best possible result.

    Please double-check all spelling, dates, initials, uploaded images, and placement before completing your order.

    4. Copyright & Design Restrictions

    To respect intellectual property rights, we do not accept copyrighted or trademarked images, characters, logos, or symbols without appropriate authorization.

    This includes, but is not limited to, Pokémon characters, Disney characters, brand logos, and other protected designs.

    By submitting your design, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary permission to use it.

    Ellara reserves the right to decline or request changes to designs that may infringe on the rights of others.

    5. Final Sale Policy

    Because each engraved piece is custom-made specifically for you, all personalized engraving orders are final sale.

    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect spelling, sizing misunderstandings, or customer-submitted design errors.

    This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including those relating to defective or incorrectly fulfilled products.
