WE'RE CELEBRATING!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit, claspless jewelry welded together with a quick, painless spark. Choose from sterling silver, gold-filled, or 14K gold and create a bracelet, anklet, necklace, or stack that feels uniquely yours.
Come solo or make it a meaningful experience with someone special, perfect for friendships, couples, and mother-daughter moments.
We are a fully licensed business using a certified, industry-approved machine designed specifically for permanent jewelry. It creates a controlled micro-spark that is safe, precise, and painless.
If your jewelry ever needs to be removed, it can easily be cut with nail clippers or wire cutters and re-welded later.
We also offer complimentary re-welding, resizing and clasps.
We use Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled 14/20 and Solid Gold.
Like any jewelry worn daily, permanent jewelry needs a little love and care. Clean it regularly with a polishing cloth, check the chain occasionally for wear, and have it resized if it begins to stretch over time. (Complimentary for our permanent jewelry chains)
Our metals are made to last, but how long permanent jewelry stays on depends on the individual.
. Our permanent jewelry chains are durable, but not indestructible. Longevity can vary depending on your lifestyle, daily activities, and exposure to heat, chemicals, or excessive pulling as well as fit.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is a precious metal that can naturally tarnish over time. Use a polishing cloth to restore its shine. Regular wear can actually help slow tarnishing, making sterling silver a beautiful option for everyday jewelry. With proper care, it can last for many years.
14K Gold Filled
Gold filled jewelry is much more durable than traditional gold plating, but it is still a layered product and may gradually fade with long-term wear. Clean it regularly with mild dish soap and water, then dry thoroughly. It offers excellent value for jewelry you can enjoy every day.
Solid Gold
Solid gold requires very little maintenance and will not tarnish like other metals. To keep it bright and sparkling, simply clean it occasionally with mild soap and water. If you want the lowest-maintenance option, solid gold is a beautiful choice.
YES.
They will not ask you to remove your permanent jewelry.
Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but chlorine and other pool or hot-tub chemicals can weaken jewelry over time, especially with frequent exposure.
Pure 24K gold is highly resistant to chlorine, but most wearable gold jewelry is not 24K. Common 10K, 14K and 18K gold are alloys, meaning pure gold is mixed with metals such as copper, silver or zinc to improve strength and durability. Chlorine can react with these alloy metals over time, potentially causing discoloration, brittleness or weakening of the chain.
Hot tubs are particularly harsh because higher temperatures combined with concentrated chemicals can accelerate this process.
If swimming is a regular part of your lifestyle, we recommend choosing a 14K solid gold chain with a sturdier construction, ideally 1.5 mm or thicker. Very fine or delicate chains are naturally more vulnerable to snagging, stretching and chemical weakening. Even with solid gold, limiting prolonged chlorine exposure will help extend the life of your jewelry.
Your lifestyle and daily activities are unique to you, and these are factors we cannot see or control. You know your lifestyle best, so we encourage choosing a chain and metal that suits how you plan to wear your jewelry. Damage caused by repeated chemical exposure, snagging or lifestyle-related wear is considered normal wear rather than a manufacturing defect.
Simply cut at the weld point to be re-welded again at a later time. We offer complimentary rewelds for chains purchased from us.
Permanent jewelry is a meaningful experience to share with friends, family, or someone special. When choosing your piece, consider your lifestyle and whether permanent jewelry or one of our custom-fitted pieces with a clasp is the best fit for you.
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to sit. For a comfortable, relaxed fit, add approximately 0.25 inch to your wrist measurement.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string, mark where the ends meet, then measure it against a ruler.
For a layered or stacked look, consider ordering bracelets in slightly different sizes so they sit naturally above and below one another.
Please measure carefully before ordering, as custom-fitted pieces are made specifically for you and are FINAL SALE.
